About the Role
- Advise clients on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
- Provide legal counsel on matrimonial issues and economic offences.
- Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related documents.
- Handle multiple litigation, mediation, and advisory matters.
- Conduct legal research and author articles/white papers.
- Opportunities to represent clients before various forums based on experience.
Qualifications
- LLB with 0-1 years of PQE (preferred).
- Passion for learning and practising diverse laws.
- Strong communication skills.
Skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Expertise in drafting and litigation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
