About Legal Job Opportunity at PSL Advocates & Solicitors
PSL Advocates & Solicitors invites applications for the position of Associate to join its Arbitration and Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC) practice at the Delhi office. The role is suitable for professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience and a demonstrated interest in dispute resolution and insolvency matters.
𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
- Sound understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms and commercial laws;
- Prior exposure to, or a strong interest in, Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016;
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills;
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities;
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and collaborative professional environment.
