Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 6+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate law, commercial contracts, M&A, and regulatory compliance.
- Qualification: Law degree from a recognized university.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and related regulations.
- Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills; experience in due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal execution; excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and legal aspects of operations.
- Handle M&A, joint ventures, and investment transactions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities including ROC, RBI, and MCA.
- Lead client relationships, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
