About Legal Job Opportunity at TINNUTS
TINNUTS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in general corporate matters, especially in M&A, private equity, and venture capital.
Key Requirements:
a) Prior law firm experience in general corporate advisory is mandatory.
b) Hands-on experience in legal due diligence, VC and M&A transactions, and investment documentation.
c) Strong understanding of business and corporate law.
d) Excellent communication (written and verbal) and drafting skills.
Core Responsibilities
a) Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on acquisition and investment documentation.
b) Research and advise on a range of corporate and business law matters.
c) Support legal risk management and compliance protocols.
d) Manage standard templates, contracts database, and legal trackers.
e) Provide strategic legal and business advice to key partners.
f) Handle IP, data privacy, anti-trust, and AML-related matters.
g) Assist with operations, admin, and special projects as required.
