The Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Drafting Counsel. This role is best suited for legal professionals with a strong command over legal drafting and research.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–3 years of strong drafting experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Skills: Excellent legal research skills with the ability to analyze judgments, statutes, and comparative jurisprudence.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of pleadings before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.
- Capability: Ability to draft independently with clarity, precision, and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Preparing SLPs, Civil & Criminal Appeals, Writ Petitions, Civil Miscellaneous Applications, Contempt, Review & Curative Petitions.
- Submissions: Drafting applications, rejoinders, written submissions, and detailed argument notes.
- Arbitration: Drafting Statements of Claim/Defence (SOC/SOD) and allied pleadings.
- Litigation Support: Conducting advanced legal research on constitutional, commercial, and procedural law issues.
- Court Appearances: Assisting and regularly appearing before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other courts/tribunals in Delhi.
Remuneration
- Negotiable; commensurate with drafting quality, research ability, skills, and legal acumen.
