Job Details
- Position/Vacancies: Associate (2 positions)
- Job Type: Full-time (Litigation & Advisory)
- Location: South Delhi (On-site)
- Salary/Benefits: As per firm policy
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: LL.B. from a recognised university.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Registration: Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Skills: Strong drafting and legal research skills; excellent written and spoken English and communication skills.
- Attitude: Well-organised, proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing case strategies.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal documents, and case briefings.
- Assist in court proceedings and attend hearings.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain client communications.
- Manage case files, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely compliances.
