Key Practice Areas
You will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of contentious matters, including:
- Civil & Commercial: Contractual disputes, recovery suits, and property-related litigation.
- Real Estate: Matters involving RERA, land acquisition, and builder-buyer disputes.
- Consumer Law: Representation before Consumer Commissions (State and National).
- Banking & Finance: SARFAESI proceedings, DRT matters, and negotiable instruments (Sec. 138 NI Act).

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Preparing a high volume of legal documents including Plaints, Written Statements, Replications, Writ Petitions, and Special Leave Petitions (SLPs).
