Job Details
- Position: Legal Intern (Long-Term)
- Location: Remote / Work from Home
- Target Audience: Fresh Law Graduates or Candidates with 0–2 Years PQE.
- Mode: Full-time (Remote)
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Trademark Prosecution: Assisting with the entire trademark lifecycle—from searches and filing (TM-A) to drafting affidavits, examination responses, and opposition documents.
- Niche Research: Conducting deep-dive research into Information Technology law, Privacy (DPDP Act / GDPR), and Tech Policy.
- Compliance Drafting: Preparing website policies (Terms of Service, Privacy Policies) and internal corporate compliance frameworks.
- Independent Outputs: Preparing structured legal notes and case summaries with minimal supervision.
Who Should Apply?
- Experience: You are a fresh graduate or a junior lawyer (up to 2 years PQE) with actual drafting exposure.
- Skills: High precision in writing, strong independent research capabilities, and familiarity with Corporate/IP laws.
- Mindset: You value long-term skill building over short-term “certificate hunting” and can take full ownership of tasks in a remote setup.
- Exclusions: This role is not for those seeking litigation experience, short-term stints, or constant hand-holding.
