About the Role
Vidhi is hiring a Project Fellow for its research work on legal and policy issues arising from Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). The role involves comparative research on international DPI models with a focus on digital payments, digital identity, data exchanges, and green/climate-linked lending.

- Location: New Delhi (Full-time)
- Duration: 3 Months (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Research: Conduct high-quality legal, policy, and comparative research on Indian and international frameworks regarding the digital economy (privacy, data governance, AI ethics, fintech regulation).
- Drafting: Provide legislative drafting assistance and prepare reports, research notes, and presentations.
- Coordination: Coordinate and attend meetings with government officials, academics, and multilateral institutions.
- Dissemination: Organize and attend consultations with key stakeholders to disseminate research work.
Eligibility
- Education: Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in Law.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of demonstrable work experience in the domain of law and technology or public policy. (A Master’s degree will be counted as one year of work experience).
- Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
