This internship provides an inside look at the in-house legal operations of a global manufacturing giant, focusing on sustainable innovative solutions for water and energy. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: Students currently pursuing a full-time Law degree (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB).
- Skills: Strong understanding of the Indian Companies Act, Contract Law, and excellent drafting skills.
- Competencies: Ability to work in a structured corporate environment, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal research tools.
- Location Requirement: Must be available to work from the Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the in-house legal team in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Support the management of statutory compliances across industrial and manufacturing units.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on emerging regulations in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Assist in maintaining the internal contract repository and legal documentation.
- Support the team in litigation management and coordination with external counsels.
