Eligibility & Skills
- Law students of (LL.B / B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B) course
- Good command over English writing
- Ability to explain complex compliance topics in simple language
- Research-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
Draft content including:
- Company Registration
- Trademark
- GST & Income Tax
- Advisory & Compliance
- SEBI Regulations (RA, IA, PMS, AIF, Stock Brokers, etc.)
- Convert complex legal and compliance concepts into simple, reader-friendly content
- Assist in drafting:
- Blogs
- Explainer articles
- FAQs
- Compliance guides
- Conduct basic legal research and referencing (Acts, Regulations, Circulars)
