Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join our dynamic legal team.
Eligibility
- Advocate with a minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
- Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
- Representing clients before Courts and Tribunals
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Assisting in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law
- Managing litigation documentation and case files
- Liaising with clients, counsels, and court officials
Desired Skills
- Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
- Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
