She is Hiring Legal Associate
Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Signing up New Clients
You will be given contact details of potential clients who have expressed interest through detailed forms with all relevant details. You will need to negotiate an engagement letter and sign up the potential clients. You will be provided proper training of the Company’s platform and products, which can be used to convince clients about our legal and financial advisory services.
2. Legal Drafting
Well-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings and legal opinions – ensure that respective intentions, rights and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations or contracts are accurately reflected.
3. Legal Advisory
– Drafting basic legal documents, notices etc.
– Ability to provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions.
– Approaching client’s matters strategically to ensure client needs (not just requests) are met.
– Maintaining relationships with existing clients
4.Achieving financial goals and project outcomes, including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attracting new clients.
5.Ability to collect legal data to identify, track, and report.
6.Dispute Management
Identify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed.
7.Expertise in Dispute settlement, Negotiations and Client Counselling.
Qualification
Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and BCom. LLB, CS)

Renumerations
Stipend + Variable (Compensation will be based on revenue generated).
