They are Hiring Legal Associate
Responsibilities
- Scanning through the internet to identify the recent changes in law, India and globally.
- Preparing and training team on preparation of amendment alerts and doing their detailed Quality Check
- Preparing and training team on preparation of compliance task list and doing their detailed Quality Check
- Accountable for quality content, delivery and support to clients
- Reporting reasons for delays or deficiencies as reported by the Client and proactively responding to complaints including providing solution to ensure customer centricity. Attending to review/ governance calls, preparing and maintenance of SOPs, minutes of meetings, actionable and timely reporting to Team Head/Client in a time-bound and transparent manner.
Qualification
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years. of exposure to Indian and foreign laws
Strong research skills - Attitude to work dynamically in an ever evolving environment and backed by solid people management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business and technical audiences located globally
