About the Online Legal Internship Opportunity at StellarStart Global
StellarStart Global is hiring Intellectual Property Law Interns (Full-Time, Remote). At StellarStart Global, you’ll gain hands-on exposure in trademarks, copyrights, patents, and brand protection — working with startups, creators, and businesses across global markets (US, UK, EU, India).

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on trademark, copyright, patent law, and brand protection strategies (US, UK, EU, India).
- Assist in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, and client deliverables.
- Review and summarise relevant case law, legislation, and international IP frameworks.
- Support cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and IP enforcement actions.
- Contribute to brand protection initiatives, ensuring clients safeguard their intellectual property in the global market.
- Work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with clear deadlines and structured feedback.
Requirements
- Prior internship(s) in IP law
- Strong legal research & writing skills
- Working laptop + stable Wi-Fi
- Disciplined, reliable & available 4–6 hrs/day
