About Legal Job Opportunity at Gadi & Associates
GnA is hiring an experienced professional for the position of Associate to join its Corporate Team on a Full-time, On-site basis.
Experience & Qualification
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–4 years of Professional Experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of business transactions and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
- Advise clients on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Support in structuring and executing business transactions.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and external counsels for deal implementation.
- Assist in due diligence and corporate governance reviews.
