Eligibility & Requirements
- 4th or 5th-year students of a 5-year law degree, OR 3rd-year students of a 3-year law degree.
- Strong interest in commercial and corporate law.
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Professional attitude, timeliness, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research on corporate and commercial law issues.
- Draft and review basic commercial contracts, memos, and client-facing documents.
- Support due diligence, transaction support, and compliance tasks.
- Prepare case/transaction summaries and internal notes for senior lawyers.
- Contribute to team projects under supervision and learn practical aspects of corporate practice.
