VNA Partners is offering a legal internship. This is a rigorous, full-time, in-office, 12-month internship designed for a law student ready to take on significant, real-world responsibilities in Media, Entertainment & IP law, moving beyond mere observation.
Internship Details
- Position: Media, Entertainment & IP Legal Intern
- Mode: Full-time, In-office (Physical)
- Duration: 12 months (1 Year)
- Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be based in Mumbai)

- Media and Entertainment Contracts (Drafting & Review)
- Content Compliance and Regulatory Matters
- Intellectual Property (IP) Filings and Strategy
- Negotiations and Transactional Work for the M&E Industry
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be a 4th or 5th year law student.
- Available full-time for 1 year (12 months).
- Based in Mumbai.
- Prior media/entertainment law experience is required (e.g., drafting, content review, media compliances, IP work for creators/production houses, or prior internships in M&E law).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review media & entertainment contracts.
- Conduct content review and ensure compliance with applicable media laws/regulations.
- Assist with IP filings, IP strategy, and related procedures.
- Redline agreements and participate in negotiations.
- Work on live matters for creators, production houses, studios, and brands.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervising lawyers.
