Invincible Ocean is hiring a Legal Intern for its Legal & Compliance Department. The role is open to final-year students or recent graduates and offers a hybrid mode of work (Gurugram Onsite and Remote).
Internship Details
- Position: Legal Intern (Final-year students / Recent graduates)
- Mode: Hybrid (Onsite in Gurugram and Remote)
- Location: Gurugram / Remote
Stipend Structure
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience).

Eligibility & Requirements
- Final-year LL.B. students or recent LL.B. graduates.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Prior exposure to corporate law / compliance is preferred (but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in compliance checks and help implement internal policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments on contract and documentation needs.
- Maintain legal records, trackers, and documentation systems.
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
