Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (3-year/5-year), fresher or up to 1 year experience.
- Strong drafting & analytical skills.
- Good with MS Office, especially Excel (MIS/tracking).
- Good communication skills & willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting a range of agreements (sales, service, vendor, NDAs, supply chain).
- Supporting litigation management and coordinating with external lawyers.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and assisting internal teams with legal queries, documentation, and approvals.
- Reviewing customer documents, warranties, purchase terms, and conducting legal research with internal advisories.
