CoinDCX, India’s first crypto unicorn, is looking for an ambitious Legal Intern to join its Business and Strategic Alliances team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Web3, Virtual Digital Assets (VDA), and Corporate Law. You will assist a team of innovators in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of digital finance and building strategic alliances that drive the future of decentralized technologies.

- Eligibility: 5th-year Law Students or Recent Graduates (Top-tier colleges only).
- Duration: Minimum 03 Months (Extendable based on performance).

- Key Focus Areas: Web3 Regulation, VDA Compliance, Strategic Alliances, and Corporate Legal Research.
Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Standing: Must be in the 5th year of a 5-year law program or a recent graduate from a top-tier law school.
- Prior Experience: Must have previously interned with top-tier law firms or reputed companies.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru.
- Commitment: Willingness to dedicate at least 3 months to the internship.
- Domain Interest: A genuine passion for and hunger to learn about Web3 and Virtual Digital Assets (VDA).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business and Strategic Alliances team in legal vetting and documentation.
- Conduct specialized legal research into the evolving regulatory landscape for VDAs in India and globally.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements related to strategic partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to help navigate security and accessibility challenges in the Web3 space.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day corporate compliance and operational tasks.
