BILT is hiring an Assistant Legal Officer for their Yamunanagar plant. The role involves supporting the legal department in litigation, regulatory compliance, contract management, and post-CIRP implementation.

- Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (CTC)

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate legal practice or an in-house legal department.
- Preferred exposure to the manufacturing or infrastructure sector.
- Experience in litigation handling, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with IBC proceedings and corporate insolvency matters is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Supporting the Legal Department in handling litigation and dispute-related matters.
- Assisting with regulatory and statutory compliance obligations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual and legal documentation.
- Supporting corporate legal advisory functions under the supervision of Finquest Group.
- Assisting in post-CIRP implementation and compliance under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
