About the Opportunities

- Legal Associate
- Legal Intern
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Contract drafting & vetting.
- MCA compliances and corporate governance.
- IP filings.
- Board & shareholder documentation.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Profile
- Qualification: Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a Law degree.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
- Preference: Immediate joiners are preferred.
