Legal Internship Opportunities at Zopper (Insurtech)

Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Drafting: Assisting in the drafting and review of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and API integration contracts with corporate partners.
- Litigation Management: Tracking legal notices, consumer court matters, and coordinating with external counsels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the platform adheres to IRDAI regulations regarding insurance distribution and data sharing.
- Legal MIS: Maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) for all active contracts and ongoing litigations to ensure no deadlines are missed.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Working with the Product and Tech teams to ensure new insurance “journeys” on the app are legally compliant.
