Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Focus on daily contract drafting, review, vetting, and negotiation for retainer clients to mitigate risks.
- GRC Practice: Support governance frameworks, risk assessments, and compliance strategies (including NBFCs, Data Protection, and Corporate Laws).
- General: Collaborate with senior counsel and utilize legal tech tools/cloud platforms for daily operations.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) OR Final Year Law Student from a recognized university.
- Skills: Strong legal drafting, research, and document review skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with LegalTech tools or cloud platforms (e.g., OneDrive, MS Office) is required.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with RBI regulations, DPDP Act, and Capital Markets is preferred.
