Key Responsibilities
- In-depth Research: Conducting doctrinal research on evolving IPR trends (e.g., AI and Copyright, Patentability of software) and Corporate Governance.
- Scholarly Writing: Drafting research papers, articles for journals, and high-impact blog posts that analyze recent judicial precedents.
- Analytical Summaries: Preparing concise notes on new amendments in the Companies Act or recent Delhi High Court IPD judgments.
- Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and compliance-related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Prior experience in legal writing is mandatory. This includes contributions to college publications, personal blogs, law journals, or published research papers.
- Skills: Ability to work independently in a remote setup, strong analytical skills, and a “precise and original” writing style.
- Tools: Proficiency in legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, or Westlaw is highly preferred.
