What You Will Do
This role is designed for an advocate who wants to be “in the trenches” of the Delhi judicial system:
- Court Appearances: Representing the firm daily before the Delhi High Court, District Courts (Karkardooma, Saket, etc.), and various Tribunals.
- Drafting: Preparing a wide range of legal documents, including Pleadings, Applications, Replies, Legal Notices, and commercial agreements.
- Case Management: Taking full ownership of case files—from tracking listings and procedural timelines to ensuring case strategy is executed.
- Research & Strategy: Conducting in-depth research to assist seniors in arguments and developing winning case strategies.
- Client Handling: Acting as the primary point of contact for case updates and coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Freshers with at least 6 months of internships or prior practice are welcome.
- Communication: Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is essential for drafting and High Court work.
- Technical Skills: Excellent typing speed and a sharp eye for detail.
- Availability: This is an on-site role in Karkardooma; candidates must be able to commute daily.
