Blueprint Legal is looking to onboard an 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 with 𝟮–𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in corporate, commercial, transactional and advisory work.
Eligibility
- Blueprint Legal is looking for someone who is diligent, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and advisory notes.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage timelines, coordinate with clients, and take ownership of assigned matters.
Mode
