Eligibility & Requirements
- Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Strong legal acumen and court craft.
- Experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and case strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal drafting and documentation.
- Legal research and case preparation.
- Court appearances and client representation.
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
