Ira Law has a vacancy for a Trademark Paralegal to join their team.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Manage trademark portfolios from filing through registration and renewal
- Draft applications, oppositions, responses to office actions, trademark searches and prepare clearance reports for attorney review
- Liaise with foreign associates on international filings
- Maintain docketing schedules and monitor deadlines
- Communicate with clients regarding portfolio status
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- 2-3 years’ trademark paralegal experience
- Strong working knowledge of Indian Trade Marks Registry and Madrid Protocol procedures
- Proficiency with docketing software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Command over the English language
