Senior Associate – Banking & Finance
Eligibility
- Ideal Candidate Profile (4+ Years PQE)
- Qualified Lawyers (with Company Secretary qualification preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in reputed law firms, banks, trustee companies, or financial institutions
- Experience in Banking & Finance, Regulatory Compliance, and General Corporate matters
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, transaction structuring, and transaction documentation
- Ability to independently manage transactions with minimal supervision
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
