Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Experience in the Pharma & Healthcare industry or a law firm handling pharmaceutical and healthcare matters
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts
- Advising on regulatory compliance for Pharma, Healthcare, HealthTech, IT, and E-commerce businesses
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and medical device laws
- Providing corporate legal advisory support to clients in the life sciences sector
