The work
General corporate advisory, M&A, private equity transactions, and project financing, for clients across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology.
What we’re looking for
- Solid drafting and negotiation experience across transactional documents such as SHAs, SPAs, term sheets, facility and security documents.
- Comfortable taking a transaction from term sheet to closing, not just marking up someone else’s draft.
- Client-facing confidence and the judgment to spot which clause actually matters.
