About Legal Job Opportunity at Peritum Partners
Peritum Partners is looking to expand its Real Estate Practice and is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate to join our team in Chennai.
The Role
This position involves active exposure to title due diligence, drafting and registration, leasing, leave & licence, and commercial contracts, among others. The selected candidate will be expected to work well in a team.
Eligibility
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong interest in and working knowledge of real estate law
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to read and write Tamil is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
