MSA Partners, Advocates and Solicitors is inviting applications for a two-month internship at our Corporate Office in Noida from 3rd and 4th-year LL.B. students seeking meaningful exposure.
Role
The internship offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on a broad range of matters, enabling interns to develop practical legal skills through research, drafting, and transactional assignments in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Over the course of the programme, interns will gain valuable insight into the day-to-day functioning of a full-service law firm and its corporate practice.
Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a law firm and corporate legal team will be an added advantage.
- 4th-year student of the LLB. Programme interested in gaining practical legal experience.
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
- Good legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
