Anchit Jain is an advocate & legal consultant who holds a BBA.LLB (Business Law Hons.) degree from The ICFAI University, Dehradun. He has also completed certificate courses in Intellectual Property Rights and Competition Laws from FICCI, and Commercial Mediation for the 21st Century Lawyer from Mediator Academy. He has received multiple awards for his legal research and moot court skills during his academic years. He is currently running his own law office, where he provides litigation and consultancy services in various subjects, such as civil, criminal, negotiable instruments, succession, PILs, NDPS, motor accident, consumer, and matrimonial issues. He has successfully represented prestigious clients such as BMW India, Star Health, Max Life, and Money Life Foundation, and obtained favourable orders for them. He is passionate about promoting transparency and accountability in the legal system, and resolving disputes through alternative methods. He is a young, dynamic, and modern lawyer with a rich exposure to the subject of law.
About Internship

Any year of law school for local students; 3rd year, or above for outstation students.
Duration
45 days minimum. A long-term commitment is preferred.
Area of work
Issues regarding, but not limited to, Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Constitution, and Intellectual Property.
