About Job

Lex Primus LLP is looking for skilled, self-driven and result-oriented Advocates, having minimum 1 year plus PQE for its New Delhi office.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Drafting Petition/ Complaint/ Appeal/ Written Statement/ Rejoinder/ Interim Applications and other legal documents for different Courts, Commissions, Tribunal etc.
2. Appearing before the various Courts including Hon’ble Supreme Court; Tribunals; Commissions; Authorities in Delhi NCR
3. Undertake Legal research and assist Senior colleagues in preparing matters
4. Preparing Case briefs, discussions with client etc.
5. Briefing Senior Counsels in high profile matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCDRC etc.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Law Graduates from reputed University/ College
2. Candidates having minimum 1 year or above of PQE in Litigation preferably in Courts in Delhi NCR
3. Candidates must have good research and communication skill
4. Candidates must be able to handle matters independently and must be able to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
5. Candidates must be able to discuss case with clients, take briefing of matters and prepare the case for filing.
