Work Role
1-Handling civil & commercial litigation matters including but not limited to appearance, research, briefing counsels/seniors, drafting suits/petitions/written statements etc. Follow-up with department of various Courts, co-ordination with clients, guiding and mentoring interns etc.
2-Non-litigation includes drafting of various agreements, notices, due diligence, title search, advisory etc.
