Eligibility
Law Graduate(s) enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi/ Any State Bar Council having cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE).
Job Description
– Strong academic background with a degree in law from a reputable institution.
– Drafting Petitions, Appeals, SLP, PIL, miscellaneous applications, writs, complaints, agreements and contracts and other legal documents in diversified subject matters for various courts and tribunals.
– Sufficient experience in Appearing/ Arguing of civil, criminal, corporate & commercial litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court, District & Session Courts, Tribunal and Commissions.
– Excellent Legal research in relation to assigned cases and areas of firm’s interest.
Remuneration
Commensurate with market standards and as per the experience of the candidate.
