About the Law Internship Opportunity at Mirchandani Advocates & Co.
Mirchandani Advocates & Co. is currently seeking applications for the position of Legal Intern for a period of three months. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a keen interest in litigation and intellectual property rights.
Eligibility & Requirements
- 5-Year LLB: 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students.
- 3-Year LLB: FY or SY students.
- Strong proficiency in legal research and drafting.
Practice Areas
The internship will primarily focus on Civil and Criminal Litigation and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Responsibilities
- Assisting seniors in various Courts and Tribunals.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and drafting.
- Assisting in IPR filings, conducting searches, and drafting replies.
Terms of Internship
- Mode: In office
- Location: Colaba, Mumbai
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Joining: Immediate
- Duration: 3 Months
