Role Description
- Draft a variety of documents related to intellectual property, including trademark & copyright, a opposition filings, cancellation petitions, counter-statements, evidences, and responses to office actions.
- Handle online IP filings and manage deadlines for various applications independently.
- Conduct legal research on IP laws, case laws, and judgments using platforms like SCC, Manupatra, etc.
- Interact with clients and coordinate to gather details and provide updates on their matters.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
- Currently pursuing a law degree or related field.
- Enthusiasm to build a career in Intellectual Property Law.
