About Law Internship Opportunity at Radio Mirchi
Radio Mirchi is excited to offer a legal internship opportunity. This is a great opportunity for law students to gain in-house experience and work closely with a dynamic legal team.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Drafting and reviewing agreements, viz., artist agreements, influencer agreements, barter agreements, ticketing agreements, amendments, addendums, leave and license agreements.
- Drafting statutory license notices, copyright takedown notices and email correspondence.
- Drafting legal notices, recovery notices, NOCs and Section 138 notices.
- Conduct legal research on various topics as required.
- Liaise with business teams.
- Assist the legal team with litigation matters and liaise with external counsels as and when required.
- Assist and support in maintaining the MIS and trackers from time to time.
- Perform other administrative tasks as may be required by the legal team.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
- Currently pursuing LLB.
- Must be well versed with copyright laws and Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Strong communication, research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum 01 (one) month (on consecutive basis). Immediate joining is preferred.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Mumbai.
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀
5 days a week from Monday to Friday.
