About the Legal Job Opportunity at AQUILAW
They are Hiring Corporate Lawyer
Requirements
1. Atleast 6 years of experience in leading and managing corporate transactions, including investments (cross border and domestic), private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
2. Should have experience in drafting general corporate and commercial contracts
3. Must have least 6 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE/VC transactions with a nationally recognised law firm
4. Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of attention to detail
