BeastLife is looking for a Legal Executive to join our growing team in Gurugram (Onsite). If you’re passionate about corporate legal affairs, consumer litigation, contract drafting, and brand protection, this is an excellent opportunity to work with one of India’s fastest-growing sports nutrition brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle consumer complaints, legal notices, and litigation matters related to the company’s products and services.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
3. Coordinate with external counsel and attend hearings before Consumer Commissions and other authorities, wherever required.
4. Protect the company’s intellectual property by handling trademark-related documentation and matters involving counterfeit products, look-alike brands, and brand infringement.
5. Review product labels, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and website content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Consumer Protection, Legal Metrology, advertising, e-commerce, and other applicable legal requirements.
7. Maintain legal documentation, case records, and contract repositories, and provide day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams.

Eligibility

1. Experience: 1–3 years
2. Qualification: LL.B. (LL.M. will be an added advantage)
3. Prior experience in Food, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of legal drafting, contract management, consumer litigation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
