Eligibility
- The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting pleadings, managing court and arbitration proceedings, and handling court and arbitration filings. A strong understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the Commercial Courts Act, court rules, and institutional arbitration procedures is essential.
- Experience in electricity and regulatory litigation will be an added advantage.
