About the Legal Job Opportunity at Fidus Law Chambers
They are Hiring Senior Associate:
Experience
1. 5-6 years post qualification experience (PQE) in an Intellectual Property firm.
2. Candidates must have a deep understanding of Indian Trademark law and procedure (both prosecution and contentious) before the Trademark Office.
3. Excellent writing and speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, and team player attitude are necessary.
4. Should possess leadership qualities to manage a team
Job Description
1. Responsibilities include drafting trademark search reports, responses to examination reports, oppositions, cancellations, and legal notices, attending hearings before the Trademark Office, and providing practical and commercially savvy advice to clients.
2. Knowledge and experience in handling international trademark filings/Madrid filings are desirable.
3. Experience in copyright and design filing is a plus.
