Experience
• The candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate with Post Qualification Experience of 1 – 5 years.
• The candidate must be proficient in English language (both oral and written).
Responsibilities
· Drafted the Reply to the Applications filed
· Drafted the Written Submissions
· Prepared Case Brief for the cases
· Research on case laws for the Reply to the Application
· Research on the legal developments/Legal Trends
· Attended the Court Proceedings of the Hon’ble NCLT & NCLAT
· Vetting, due diligence and review of the drafted prepared.
· Appearances in other forums like Consumer Redressal Forum (both State & National), RERA
