Requirements
- Law graduate from a reputed college.
- Good drafting skills and legal acumen are the key contribute which are being sought in the candidate. – Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and presentation skills. – Flexible to work.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Hands-on relevant experience of 3+ years
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Being involved and conducting Legal Due Diligence required for the purpose of acquisition and investment transactions.
- Negotiating, drafting and vetting of term sheets, shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, and share purchase agreements.
- Negotiating, drafting and vetting asset purchase agreements, intellectual property assignment agreements, and employment agreements in relation to a corporate transaction.
- Provide opinion and advice in relation to provisions under the Companies Act 2013, FEMA rules and regulations and other allied laws.
- Lead teams with respect to a corporate transaction and should have the ability to interact and communicate with clients.
- Assist in developing internal legal systems and processes.
