NyaayDarshak is hiring a full-time Litigation Associate to join our Delhi-based practice from 01 July 2026. Our work focuses on representing women in matters involving gender-based violence, including domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family law disputes, workplace gender discrimination, and related issues.
Role
Associate – Litigation
Experience
1–3 years (litigation experience required)
Location
Delhi
Remuneration
Up to ₹33,000/month (plus travel on actuals)
Role involves
- Regular court appearances (Trial Courts, High Court, Supreme Court)
- Drafting petitions, applications, and replies
- Client interaction and case preparation
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of continuous litigation experience with court work
- Ability to join full-time from 01 July 2026 (Delhi-based)
