Riverus Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated LL.B. graduate who is excited to build a career at the intersection of Law, Artificial Intelligence, LegalTech, Consulting and Business Development. This role goes beyond traditional legal work. You will gain hands-on exposure to AI-enabled legal workflows, contract review, client engagement, project delivery, product innovation and business development.

Position

Legal AI Associate | 0–2 Years

Eligibility

1. LL.B. from a 3-year or 5-year programme
2. 0–2 years of experience
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal AI & Workflow Development
2. Use AI tools to review, analyse, summarise and draft contracts and legal documents.
3. Design, test and improve AI-powered legal workflows.
4. Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency and quality.
5. Research emerging AI tools for legal operations.

Legal Support

1. Review commercial contracts and identify key risks, obligations and commercial provisions.
2. Draft agreements, amendments, notices and legal correspondence.
3. Develop legal templates, playbooks and knowledge repositories.

Business Development

1. Conduct market and prospective-client research
2. Support outreach through email, LinkedIn and other channels.
3. Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations, case studies and sales collateral.
4. Assist with client demonstrations of AI-enabled legal solutions.
   Client & Project Management
5. Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
6. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, deliverables and timelines.
7. Work with legal, technology and consulting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Prepare project reports, documentation and status updates.

1. Strong legal drafting and contract interpretation skills
2. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. High attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership
6. Confidence in interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot
9. Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in law and technology
